Quick request can I get some pics of Ollie smoking for art references thanks -tree anon

Ah of course. I have to admit that I have very very little photos of him smoking. I think he is either a occassional smoker or doesn’t like to smoke in front of an camera (probably both). That’s good bc smoking is bad lmao

I swear, my Ollie folder has >1000 photos and he’s directly smoking (aka having a cigarette in his mouth) on just those 3. In one Interview, when Rammstein talks about the America Tour, he’s taking out a cigarette too but I don’t think they filmed how he’s actually using it. Anyone feel free to add pictures!

I used to smoke from 10 to 15+ cigarettes a day but then I decided I wanted to lose weight and quit smoking and went to the gym (1 month ago). I still crave cigarettes though and only allow myself to smoke one or two every week (usually on the weekend, on saturday or sunday, when I dont go to the gym). do you think its bad and will affect my productivity in the gym while working out?

Firstly, well done on cutting down your cigarettes to one or two a week! That is awesome!!

Obviously, cutting out cigarettes all together is probably best for you, but even if you’re only smoking one or two a week, that change from 10-15+ a day is going to seriously improve your health.

Keep up the good work, and if you manage to kick the one-two a week then awesome, but otherwise just remember that you’ve done really damn good to cut down that much!
