With this easy-to-make no-bake tart, you can enjoy the rich chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries together. This tart is perfect for any event because it has a smooth texture and a strong fruity flavor.
Ingredients: 200g digestive biscuits, crushed. 100g unsalted butter, melted. 200g dark chocolate, chopped. 200ml double cream. 300g fresh strawberries, sliced. 2 tbsp strawberry jam. Fresh mint leaves, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Crush the cookies and add the melted butter. Put it in the bottom of a tart pan. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. The double cream should be heated in a saucepan until it starts to simmer. Take it off the heat and add the chocolate chips. After one minute, stir it until a smooth ganache forms. Put the ganache on top of the biscuit base that has been chilled. On top, put slices of strawberry. To make the strawberries look shiny, warm up the strawberry jam a bit and brush it over them. Put the tart in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it's set. If you want, add fresh mint leaves as a garnish before serving.

Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 tablespoon sugar. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 ripe avocado, mashed. 1 cup buttermilk. 1 egg. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 tablespoons melted butter. Cooking spray for the pan.

Chocolate lovers will love Jeni's Milk Chocolate Ice Cream because it is rich and creamy. It's sure to please your taste buds with its smooth texture and strong chocolate flavor.
Ingredients: 2 cups whole milk. 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch. 1 1/2 ounces 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened. 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt. 1 1/4 cups heavy cream. 2/3 cup granulated sugar. 2 tablespoons light corn syrup. 2 ounces milk chocolate about 1/4 cup finely chopped.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix 1/2 tablespoon of milk with the cornstarch to make a smooth slurry. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and salt together until the mixture is smooth. Put ice and water in a big bowl. To make the sauce, put the rest of the milk, cream, sugar, and corn syrup in a 4-quart saucepan. Heat it over medium-high heat and boil it for 4 minutes. When you take it off the heat, slowly whisk in the cornstarch slurry. Over medium-high heat, bring the mixture back to a boil. Cook, stirring with a heat-safe spatula, for about one minute, or until it gets a little thicker. Take it off the heat. Whisk the hot milk mixture into the cream cheese little by little until it's smooth. Mix in the chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth. Put the mixture into a 1-gallon Ziploc freezer bag and put the bag in the ice bath while it is still sealed. It should be cold after about 30 minutes. If it gets too warm, add more ice. When the can is frozen, pour the ice cream base into it and spin it until it is thick and creamy. Place the ice cream in a container, press a piece of parchment paper against the top, and cover the container with a lid that won't let air in. Put it in the freezer's coldest area and freeze it for at least 4 hours, or until it's firm.
