dream and foolish being puffy’s adopted sons and dream being painfully jealous of foolish’s god status, even if he is only a minor god. he loves his brother, but he’s been hunted in manhunts for too long and despite being incredibly skilled, he can’t help but wish he had the power to defend himself properly, the power to keep everyone safe, the power foolish has.

foolish finding his brother collapsed in the middle of the forest one day, shivering and in the middle of a huge power surge that ricocheted around the land. foolish discovering dream’s been successful in his rise to godhood. foolish warning dream not to let his newfound power overwhelm him or change him, and dream promising to keep himself just as human as he’s always been.

foolish arriving in the smp to see just how far dream has fallen off the deep end. foolish watching his brother succumb to the consequences of power. foolish realising that being human was dream’s biggest mistake, because power corrupts humanity.
