Ingredients: 1 cup mashed ripe bananas. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/4 cup honey. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1 egg. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350 F 175C and put paper liners in a muffin tin. Put peanut butter, honey, applesauce, egg, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Combine well. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Fill up about three quarters of the way to the top of each muffin cup with batter. After the oven is hot, bake the muffins for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. These spirals of spinach and feta are a tasty and easy way to start a meal or snack. When spinach, feta cheese, and herbs are wrapped in flaky puff pastry, you get a tasty treat that's great for any event.
Ingredients: 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained. 1 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon dried basil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed but still cold.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, feta, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the pastry sheet, leaving a small border around the edges. Starting from one end, tightly roll up the pastry sheet into a log. Slice the log into 1/2-inch thick spirals and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
