Enjoy juicy and tender pork chops with an Asian-inspired kick. These grilled pork chops are marinated in a flavorful chili garlic sauce for an extra burst of taste.
Ingredients: 4 pork chops. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or longer for more flavor. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the used marinade. Grill the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 145F 63C. Baste the pork chops with the remaining marinade during the last few minutes of grilling. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve the Grilled Asian Chili Garlic Pork Chops and enjoy!
