I've been waiting an entire week for my insurance company to authorize the Lexapro that I'm supposed to be switching to because of it. I would call their slow asses and push to get it done asap, but just thinking about making a phone call is making me nauseous.

Well, it's definitely been a thing for me. It started right after I went from 30mg to 40mg. Stopped after I went back down to 30. Started again when I went back up to 40.

:( have you been tested for things such as thyroid problems or anemia? I was exhausted all the time and it turned out I was very anemic. worth a shot to ask your doctor anyway! ♥

bro u should defs see a dr. if they bring up exercise, tell them u work on a farm so they know it's not like ur doing nothing and (by the sounds of it) ur doing literally all ur physically capable of.

 i know i'm not one to talk cos i take like three months to see a dr about anything, but u really should

That sounds so rough. Camel is probably right though (although I am totally the same with seeing a dr... D: ) and it could well be something like iron or thyroid that you can take something for (and those are both easy to diagnose). Listed to the Camel, Camel's are wise.

chur everyone! i think i prob will go to the doctor.. eventually? i literally went to the doctor last week so i’m being anxiety about going back only one week later. like fuckk i should have mentioned it last week but until this week i was still mostly functional. my friend said that i might still be going off of the anaesthetic. they say it’s out of your system within 24hrs but that’s not always true... (had a procedure on monday, got a baby general anaesthetic for it). 

blahhhhh im a bitv a mess. emotionally. i don’t cope well with feeling sick... so not being able to exist throughout the day without naps is really hard on my mental health. i uhh,  i kinda end up in a sprial of i should be able to do this/ why can’t i do this. but yeah it’s kinda past that point. and i should really accept that.... the way things r timed rn means i probably won’t be able to get a blood test or anything until after new years or after my north island trip.. so blah. blahhhhhh.

i get blood tests yearly that do test for thyroid and anemia, but my last one was at the start of the year so it could have changed. ugh depression is such a wildcard. like, there could be something wrong, or u could just have depression?? whooo knowwss???
