Have my #webergrill set up for a smoke for tomorrow. The charcoal is set up in the #snakemethod so I won’t have to refeed charcoal partway through the process. I only need to add the wood chips that I have soaking, the apple cider vinegar mixture that I put in the pan (a little bit of apple cider vinegar with a lot of boiling water), and of course the ribs that I’ve been saving for rainy day.
