In a story where A hangs around B because they like to annoy them, and B hates A because of this, do you have any ideas for how they'd fall for each other?

I called him Douche McDouche, because I thought he was arrogant and pretentious. The song was just like every other love song, especially when translated. There were other songs that deserved the win more, in my opinion.
