so i’m rewatching the Walten Files

and wanted to test out a brush pen, as week as a theory I’m developing

And close ups of everyone. I fucked up Rosemary the most ngl, tho I like how the three siblings all turned out. And Jenny too

Theory - the animals that all the characters are based on/associated with/have themes around them, show how resilient they are/were in the story. IE; Bunnies are prey to wolves, and sheep are hunted by wolves but to a slightly lesser extent. Human(oid)s can hold their own, but can still fall victim to them. Foxes and Wolves butt heads, but wolves are still bigger and stronger and can kill foxes. But wolves can only kill bears in packs, a lone wolf is defenseless against an angry bear. And foxes and black bears, which are more common in Michigan, actually hang out around each other in the summer, since bears scare away other enemies that could harm the foxes. They might also share food, but I’m less sure about that last one lol

I made a little Marjorine cut out

drew her on paper from my multi media sketchbook, did the lineart with art pens and colored her in with colored pencils, then cut her out. Then traced the shape onto cardboard, cut the shape in the cardboard with an exact knife, attatched the back with a hot glue gun, and slapped her on there with packing tape
