So what do you think about killing Lucifer in GBF? Will Lucius be his reincarnation? Now we know that if there are fallen angels or that I believe and still continues the story of the archangels maybe they can get the fallen angels that have or add one more can be?

weeeell, tbh I was initially rather disappointed, but after a day passed and I was no longer in a hurry to finish, I found the event to be… funny and unexpected… and not necessarily in a bad way… haha

Just that, it’s SUPER IMPORTANT to remember that snb lucifer and gbf lucifer are two totally different beings who have their own totally separate and unrelated lores. Despite perfectly aware of it, I was foolish enough to still think of them as somewhat the same by expecting them to have somewhat similar storylines.

So yeah, they’re different poeple, and I should stop burdening gbf lucifer with my snb lucifer expectation.

Moving on to plot related question tho:

1. WHO THE HELL IS LUCIO????

Basically there are 3 Luci in gbf:

Lucilius: astral, created lucifer in his own image

Lucifer: primal, the strongest and the highest ranked

Lucio: an actor, hates snakes and apples

I’ve written before how I was really convinced that Lucio was just Lucifer in disguise, but now I’m not so sure. I’ve also entertained the idea that Lucio is actually Lucilius, seeing as Lucio doesn’t seem to be as rigid or as stern as lucifer, but again, I’m not sure.

in the same post, I’ve also replied that, yes, in her fate ep, Olivia did *see* Lucio, but I didn’t count it as *meeting* him bcs she didn’t actually introduce herself and just watched from the shadows. She did wonder if Lucio was Lucifer but then seemed to dismiss it bcs they had different auras, and ended up wondering if Lucio was an impostor.

I mean, considering Lucio actually has different lore than Lucifer & Lucilius (in his fate ep Lucio said he has been there since the beginning of the world, while in sky blue event 1 lucifer was created by the astrals who came later.

crazy idea: WHAT IF LUCIO IS THE ONE WHO CREATED LUCILIUS WHO CREATED LUCIFER?

2. BELIAL STEALING LUCIFER’S BODY

dun dun dun I guess we all already guess what he’s going to do with that body… which is, hey, it’s their story, if they want it this way, so be it.

this is the part I’m disappointed in: if they are trying to make Lucifer a fallen, rather than making Belial (possibly) possesses Luci’s body, I feel it’s way more interesting and emotional to have Lucifer fall and turn dark/evil on his own.

But with Lucifer dead, he stayed ‘pure’ and well… :(

3. LUCIFER GONE

it’s funny how the one stronkest and super popular character in snb got killed in just like a hit in gbf I’m????

useful mantra: gbf lucifer and snb lucifer are two separate entities

Light wyvern/metatron knows all about Lucifer appointing Sandalphon as his replacement makes me think Lucifer perhaps had talked about this possibility before with the other primarchs, and that it’s not a snap decision thing just bcs Sandal happened to be there.

what happened to Luci’s head tho, did Sandal have it or did it disappear on its own when Sandal got Luci’s wings?

4. BELIAL

the man (primal/fallen) is a walking disaster and I love him already. Also holy fuck he’s voiced by Hosoyan.

gbf’s Beelzebub confirmed to be neither a giant red demon nor an insect like in snb lmao

5. NO OLIVIA/AZAZEL/OTHER FALLEN ANGELS

I guess this maybe bcs both Olivia and Azazel are too new to be integrated into the main story scenario, which probably was already in the making when their characters came out on gbf.

speaking of Belial and Azazel, I’ve been seeing jpn gbf fans talking about these two bcs:

a few of them keep mistaking Belial for Azazel for some reason, when in fact Azazel has nothing to do with this event,

thanks to Belial’s lewdness and nc17-rated way of speaking, the rest of them found a new appreciation for Azazel’s tsundere but sincere and ‘pure’ way of talking and attitude and found him endearing compared to Belial lmao

Also i’m having a bit of déjà vu with these two even tho they’ve never even shared a frame/conversation in game… just like luciaza in genesis. /ahem

Conclusion:It’s killing me we need to wait another year for the continuation of this event’s story :’)

But what if lucifer wears a skirt because he got one hell of a butt ( like azazel's) and prefers that no one sees how fine his butt is 🍑🤔

It’s also probably the reason why Lucifer wears an armor that covers only half of his chest: so that ppl would be distracted by what can be seen and not what’s purposefully hidden.

otoh it’s also possible the half-chest armor and skirt thing is actually a part the “in” fashion style in Lucifer’s generation.

this is bcs Grigori, currently the only known fallen angel hinted from Lucifer’s generation, also sporting the same style of armor and skirt thing; and in Grigori’s case, its even more outrageous.

At least Lucifer’s armor still pretends it’s an armor by covering half his chest; meanwhile, Grigori’s armor does nothing except emphasizes how Grigori has such nice chest and abs, look at all this nice exposed skin pls.

but if armor style is based on generational fashion thing, then why does Arakiba, who explicitly claims coming from the same generation as azazel and seems pretty close to him, actually goes no-armor and prefers to expose everything?

(unless you count his accessories as armor, which I don’t)

But Arakiba also wears one of his two belts (they probably count as 1 and a half but humor me here) the same way as Azazel, diagonally loose, so maybe at least the belt style is a generational thing.

while Azazel’s leather clothes might be skin tight, considering he wears that bigass distracting chain on his chest in his original card (and genesis), it certainy looks like he prefers ppl to not look at his chest.

idk how his body type is perceived within SnB world, but judging from card illustration above he’s thinner than Demon Lucifer. And in GBF, he’s officially “skinny”. And Arakiba, his close bff, is glaringly “big and muscly” (those big thighs, damn).

I don’t count female fallen angels here bcs regardless of generation most of them (except Olivia) like to expose their chest. Below are Mirin (who appears together with Lucifer in events sometimes) and Samael (who loves snakes. and also has loose diagonal belt style. /coughs)

But, uh, back to Lucifer.

While Lucifer certainly has a nice ass (and he may and may not try to hide it with that skirt thing), considering he is also the 2nd-in-command in Hell, and the actual Leader of the Fallen Angel Army, and not to mention that giant bigass sword he likes to visibly carry whenever he’s out of his room…

…it’s just kind of scary to even attempt to think of him in *that* way.

Gossiping about the scandalous love lives of Lucifer’s (admittedly attractive) direct subordinates (grigori, azazel, mirin, samael) are fair game and totally fine, but when it starts skirting around Lucifer’s affairs… ppl take a thousand steps back.

this is to say, if there’s such thing as The Sexiest Demon polling, then Lucifer will totally top it a thousand years in a row probably. But otoh, if the polling is on The Demon You Want to Sleep with the Most, then he won’t even rank.

ppl admire him, but they also would like to just admire him from far, far away.

so when one of said direct subordinates kinda starts having frequent “private audience” with Lucifer and Lucifer in turn shows blatant favoritism, the Heaven Guys (bless their pure souls) call the aforementioned direct subordinate “Lucifer’s right hand man”, while the Hell population calls him “Lucifer’s public secret”.

Everyone knows but they much prefer to not know also they really want somebody, anybody, to erase their memories of the knowledge please and thank you.

I kinda lose track of the original ask but uh we were talking about lucifer’s appeal how it affects his and azazel’s relationship right? :D :D :D

it’s… waist cape probably, if you want to be specific. At least genesis rendered him wearing a more cape-waist-like thing compared to his original snb illustration, which is harder to decide ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

basically Cerberus needs help doing her job organizing the souls, so she thinks of asking fallen angels who have free time to help.

Cerberus: there you are!

Lucifer: Understood. I shall stop her.
