Most people weren’t even aware of the massive wars that went on in the galaxy at all times. There were those who traveled the stars, but for the most part, most people kept their gaze on their own planet.

But Argenti was often in the middle of many of them. He’d won one such fierce battle when he decided it was time for a rest. With no hint as to what he’d been doing since they last met, he messaged Natalee to tell her he was returning to Belobog to visit her. She agreed to meet him where he usually ended up touching down, which was just outside the station that shuttled people between the under and overworld.

“Good evening, my lady,” he said with a bright smile as she approached, but as soon as he tried to walk to meet her halfway, dizziness overcame him, and he didn’t even have time to say anything before he fainted.
