Looks like spaghetti and meatballs...right? . Well, would you believe that #myvitamix helped me turn 3 pounds of vegetables, greens and herbs into 2 1/2 quarts of sauce? All without adding sugar or oil! . The meatballs are a mix of 💯 grass fed: ✅beef liver ✅beef heart ✅beef kidney ✅ground beef ✅pork All are mixed together with fresh chopped sage, rosemary, basil and lots of garlic. ✳️ Bake them in a glass Pyrex at 350F for 40 minutes. . 🍄 Annabelle was in charge of washing and chopping the mushrooms. . 🥗 The salad is a mix of: ✅garden radish ✅garden beet and carrot greens 👩🏻🌾Farmer’s market purple asparagus, tomato and carrots ✅black olives from @costco . I served all with a side of fermented carrots (see the recipe on my site) and 🥑 salted avocado. . My strategy to encourage #moreplants for my kids is fill their plate both hidden and visible! .
