Bye. Mikasa is making me cry again.
AOT #50
Maybe that’s the reason.
Not saying freedom is to Eren what Ymir is to Historia, but I’m saying freedom is to Eren what Ymir is to Historia.
In other words, Eren/Freedom is the only true Eren ship :)
Reiner vs. Ymir: Which one will be right?
After reading chapter 121, I remembered an interesting scene from chapter 50 that I think is a good representation of our feelings about Eren right now. Should he be stopped, or should he be trusted? The first thing I remembered was this:
For a while, Ymir wasn't sure whether trusting Eren would be the best way to keep Historia safe, especially after his outburst in the forest after Reiner and Bertholdt kidnapped them. But after seeing him use the coordinate, she decided that maybe she could trust him after all. This part was followed immediately by this:
Reiner's reaction was the complete opposite. He was horrified at the thought of the coordinate falling into the hands of Eren Jaeger, and believed that the world was now in grave danger. As we've seen in the latest chapters, this mindset continues to run rampant in Reiner's mind and he has become more desperate than ever to take the Founder back so that his people might be safe. Now as we reflect on chapter 121, it looks like the storyline is swaying a bit towards Reiner's side. As others have pointed out though, we still don't know just what it was that Eren saw when he referred to "that sight." We know that he let Grisha have a sneak peek that left him scarred, but it wasn't the whole picture. So my biggest question now is: Was Ymir right to entrust Eren with the task of creating a better future inside the walls where Historia could be safe? Or is Reiner the one who's right, and both Jaeger brothers must be stopped immediately? Looking back at chapter 107, Historia is certainly out of the line of fire right now, but I don't think Ymir would have ever anticipated that she would end up pregnant and lifeless on the inside once again. Not to mention she is the queen of the very place that the entire world is seeking to destroy right now. That certainly doesn't put her in the brightest position. Eren knows all of this and he, like Reiner, is willing to go above and beyond to protect the people he cares about, but at what cost? Only time will tell, and I'm interested in seeing which one had the right idea about Eren.
I’ll wrap you up in it again.
Again and again...
Forever.
well I thought it was necessary to make a photoset of sniffing armin + cutie pie looking for evidence
