Quick sketch of my Queen snackin!
Snookers has a name similar to Snickers but has a crunch similar to something with either wafers or crisp rice, and for that reason, I am led to believe it’s something akin to a KitKat and Eclipsa has been eating them like this:
Eclipsa has the Snookers vending machine!
Not even Eclipsa's mighty hips can defeat the vending machine.
Holy fuck
Eclipsa got her snookers addiction from her mother.
I'm gonna give out 'snookers' to peeps at momocon tomorrow n Saturday while I'm eclipsa
Bree's Starter Snookers run. We Q'ed!!
Please ignore me wiping out a few seconds in. I tripped on a rock.
We came out with 42 points, which is pretty good when we only needed 30. :)
Snookers is a game in AAC (Agility Association of Canada). You gain points by completing a red jump, and then a numbered obstacle or sequence of obstacles of your choice to gain as many points as you can. You must complete 3-4 red jumps and obstacles. Then you go and do the final numbered sequence. Snookers is tricky. If you make any mistakes you're whistled off. You also need to be clever about planning out your course. You need to get the minimum number of points to Q, and the numbered obstacles are all worth different amounts.
Here's what my opening sequence was, to gain points before starting the numbered course:
Red 2 to the 5a+5b combo, Red 4 to the teeter, Red 3 to the teeter, then off to obstacle #2 to start the closing. You are allowed to repeat obstacles in the opening, and the teeter was worth the most points, so we did it twice.
A lot of people find Snookers very difficult, but it is my favourite game. It was always Haley's best game, and was the first game we got to Masters level in. It is a hard game for Bree, because she much prefers courses to taking random obstacles, and she's not super fast so I can't go for stupid long distance courses like I always did with Haley. It's smarter to stay in one end of the ring in the opening for Bree.
