Snoriel
In celebration of my longest running dnd campaign coming to an end, I cleaned up a few doodles I made along the way. Up top is Snoriel, my white dragonborn draconic ice sorcerer, in casual attire. Next is our centaur fey horse Noname “comforting” our tabaxi warlock, Asher. Then the three of them doing some 80s music video montages. Followed by Snoriel and Noname’s wedding, which we invited the main antagonist of the campaign, the White Dragon, to attend. After like six Persuasion checks, we actually did manage to convince him to come lol
Love these goofballs, gonna miss them
Hi! Hello! So check out this sweet group shot done by @asksweetcream for a D&D 5e campaign I started running three months ago! There’s a dragon loose in the Sword Coast, and these are the brave souls to step forth and challenge it!
- Kaz Mallek, salamander barbarian! Here to bring down the maurauding dragon and sharpen his battle prowess! - Nacknick, swarmkeeper ranger! Hey, got any good bugs to eat? - Snoriel, a mysterious dragonborn sorcerer with icy knives for days. And sleep. - Asher, tabaxi warlock. Almost indistinguishable from a sack of cloth at a distance and intellectually! Aaaand... - Noname Fakename, horse cleric of the grave. Yep. She’s horse. Also, would you sign her book? She thinks you're neat!
In their adventures, they have blown themselves up, gave weapons to kobolds, discussed the ethics of riding horses with one of their number being a horse, had a beach episode, nearly died during that beach episode, and spent the better part of a day heating, freezing, and otherwise abusing a treasure chest that did not want to open.
Who knows what’ll get this ragtag bunch of ragamuffins first -- the dragon? Or themselves? Enter the toils and travails of the Knocking Dragons! DMing these kids has been a treat and a half. :D
Frisk: Hey GoatMom, when can I go h-
Toriel:
Pages 84-87. In which the human is finally affected by the snow, probably.

How long did your campaign last?
It lasted about 18ish months! Not as long as some people's, with their 4-10 year campaigns lol, but it certainly was a milestone for me. Plenty of time to flesh out actual character arcs for the party though; Snoriel started the campaign as a lonely, disgraced ex-assassin with nothing left to lose, and ended it with a found family and peace in their heart. Although technically it's not over yet, we still wanna get together to do an epilogue session at some point.
It's funny. Three years ago I wouldn't have considered myself the roleplaying type. I actually tried peeking into tabletop games before, and it just did not seem like my cup of tea. But now I've played 20 different characters across 7 different systems with over 8 different GMs. Next month I'll be DMing my own game. I've met some of the absolute coolest people through ttgs, and learned things about my friends and myself through them. So I guess it is my cup of tea after all lol
Wow who else totally forgot that I do these sometimes? ...Just me? Okay.
