i think it varies person to person. some with bifurcations and such consider themselves mutant. i think some even consider psionics mutant.
correct, yeah. im not outright saying they are, but i do knowv that, at least in most timelines, that if candy reds are labeled as mutants because of their biology, then psionics are also labeled that as well.
that being said, since they are both labeled by most Empresses as mutant, along vwith other special cases of trolls, do you think that mutant discussion, groups, and or opinions should be done vwith the consideration of those other bloods that also are generalized into the same category?
