So I heard two large explosions followed by a small one and I couldn't tell if those were fireworks or gun shots. I don't think they weren't fireworks because it didn't sound like it.. But the thought of it being a gun shot is scary. And now there are a bunch of cop cars, ambulances, and fire trucks rushing to the source of the sound. Ugh. I should be sleeping now but this book is sooooo good! I was so pissed at the ending of the first book because the aunt was killing Emma but thank god her uncle called the cops so she's in jail and Emma's lives with her mom now... I can't help but worry about her because my friend told me her mom is worse than her aunt in the third book? So I don't know what draws the line. I hope it's not over this Jonathan guy who seems to be captivating Emma's attention.
