This post mostly talkes about YGY and SQQ cuz we have been given NO hints at the ages of the other peak lords (Except that LQJ is younger than SQQ)
Also, this might have mistakes, and if you spot any, please let me know. Although I'll definitely be ripping out my hair cuz this thing took a long time. I do not know how accurate this is cuz it does follow some assumptions and yeah.
Analysis under cut cuz this post is LONG
Shen Jiu joined the sect at 16, and is said to have reached core formation within 10 years of starting proper cultivatation, making him 26 at most at the time. (I've heard several people say that and it's in the official wiki too but idk the source this is from)
He also reached core formation after Luo Binghe joined the sect.
So Scenario 1:
He reached core formation in the same timespan Liu Qingge died.
That would make him 26 at the time, maybe 27 by the time he left and the demon attack took place. (Assuming at least a year passes between Shen Yuan's transmigeration and the demon attack, cuz it was said he spent several months cultivating in the caves.)
And Ming Fan was 17. He's Shen Qingqiu's oldest disciple, meaning he was taken in shortly after ascension. Disciples are typically taken in at 9-12
So Shen Qingqiu ascended at 20-23
Yue Qingyuan, being 1-3 years older than Shen Qingqiu, (most people agree at 3 years) would 23-26 at the time of ascension, and 30 during demon attack.
But here's the problem:
He fought Tianlang-Jun 14 years prior to start of SVSSS novel.
So he was 15/16 when he fought Tianlang-Jun?
BUT WASN'T HE 15 WHEN HE JOINED THE SECT??!!!!
Besides, we know that he had to wait at least three years before he had bounded with Xuan Su cuz by the time he was back at the Qiu manor, it was already burned down.
Shen Jiu burned it down when SJ was 15 and Yue Qi had left for CQM when SJ was 12.
We also know he fought with his sword at Bai Lu Mountain, and he had to be at least 18 at the time.
Therefore we can throw this scenario out the window.
(Assuming the age gap between SJ and YQY was lesser, it would mean YQY was EVEN YOUNGER at the time of Bai Lu, so no, this scenario stays out the window)
Scenario 2: He cultivated in the Ling Xi Caves at least once before Shen Yuan.
Shen Yuan transmigrated when LBH was 14, and the golden core was formed before that.
We don't know when Luo Binghe joined the sect, so again taking the norm of 9-12.
(Again, some time should have passed before SJ forming a golden core and Luo Binghe joining, cuz quote, "Luo Binghe was using the incorrect cultivation manual that Shen Qingqiu had handed him; he should have long since died bleeding from the seven apertures, his body rupturing down to his bones, skin, meridians, tendons, and flesh. But not only had this failed to come to pass, Luo Binghe’s cultivation was steadily improving." [Volume 4])
So Shen Qingqiu turned 26 when Binghe was 10-13 (assuming at least one year passed and Luo Binghe joined at 9 [youngest age] and once he's 14, SVSSS starts.)
Again, Ming fan is 2 years older than Binghe and he's the oldest disciple, meaning Shen Qingqiu was 26 when he was 12-15
Ming Fan would again, join at 9-12.
So Shen Qingqiu, at the time of ascension, was 20-23 (lower end) or 23-26 (upper end)
Yue Qingyuan would be between 23-29.
At transmigration, Ming Fan was 16, so Shen Qingqiu would be between 27-30, making YQY 30-33.
Again, Bai Lu happened 14 years prior to SVSSS start, so YQY would be between 16-19.
But it was also stated that Yue Qingyuan had met Su Xiyan once at an immortal alliance conference.
Those take place once every four years, and we JUST so happen to know that Yue Qingyuan was at one when he was 19. (That's when he reunited with SJ, SJ was 16 at the reunion).
He couldn't have met her after that cuz by the next Immortal Alliance Conference, he would be 23 and before he would be 15.
Which means Yue Qingyuan was 19 when he fought Tianlang-Jun.
That makes him 33 (upper end) at the start of SVSSS, and SQQ would be 30.
And also it would mean 4 years passed since he reached core formation, so Luo Binghe would be 10 when that happened.
And it also means Luo Binghe joined when he was 9 or younger, assuming at least a year of abuse passed. (So basically he's 9)
(Stuff after this is point has personal assumptions)
When LBH joined, SJ already had a reputation for treating disciples badly. I would say that reputation build up takes at least 2-5 years, making him 20-23 at ascension, and Ming Fan would be 6-9.
Again 6-8 is kinda young.
So Shen Qingqiu was 23 at the time of ascension, YQY was 25, Ming Fan 9.
Two years later, Luo Binghe joins at the age of 9.
A year after that, SJ goes in the Ling Xi Caves to form a golden core.
Four years later, Shen Yuan transmigrated.

Alternate Scenario: YQY and SJ age gap is less than 3 years.
Putting this cuz even though most people ik agreeon them being 3 years apart, it is not confirmed even though it is the largest possible age gap.
Shen Qingqiu was (as previously assumed) 27-30 at transmigration.
So
• 1 year age difference:
YQY would then be 28-31
Minus 14 years for Bai Lu, he would be between 14-17, again 17 being the only age we can take here for canon. (16 Was SJ's confirmed age at their reunion)
However, it was also confirmed that YGY joined CQM at 15, and personally I think 2 years is WAY too short of a time to start cultivatation, get a sword, spend a year with broken tendons, speed to your wife's prison to save him only to find out you're too late, then return to CQM and become head disciple.
Same if the age gap was 2 years, he would be 18 at most.
If anything, being 19 while defeating a demon lord is still VERY YOUNG, But hey this is Yue Qingyuan so.
Basically Yue Qingyuan CAN be younger, but that just makes him unrealistically powerful.
Liu Qingge:
He's said to be 2-3 years younger than Shen Qingqiu, so he would be 20-21 at the time of ascension and 27-28 at the time of his death.
He's definitely the youngest Peak Lord atp cuz ain't no way someone else ascended before fully developing their frontal lobe.
