Yes I still listen to S Club 7 from time to time, I occasionally blast O-Town, and I love Sam Smith. I love everything Nicki Minaj has ever done and I love Sam Hunt! I'd make a Carrie Underwood my wedding song in a heartbeat all the while blasting Lil' Wayne, 4:44, Ty Dolla Sign and No Hands in no breathe. One of my favorite and the greatest artists out is now and will forever be Britney Spears. I love Ne-Yo and I think that that Nicole Scherzinger is one of the most underrated people in the business. Carly Rae Jensen and Hillary Duff are musically the same amazing person for me. I've loved Johnny Cash ever since I heard his song in a Tony Hawk Game and I've loved Fall Out Boy since they were featured in a Madden Game. My guilt pleasure is an Ashlee Simpson song, I love Chanel WestCoast's entry into the rap game even if it was short lived. I love the catalogue of Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and Patti LaBelle songs. I'm not a fan of Madonna or Tamar Braxton as people but I enjoy their music and understand their contribution to the music industry. I will always know Beyonce lyrics because who doesn't! I will always sing a long to Misery Business (Paramore) and still sneak Joss Stone in when I feel like I deserve better and I know Fantasia will run me through every emotion to get through something. I love Donald Glover and I'm learning more about Tyler, the Creator. I enjoy the creative minds of Frank Ocean, Solange, India.Arie, Jill Scott, Janelle Monae, Jidenna and Melanie Martinez. I've been called out of my race for shedding a tear to Kesha, or clinching a fist for Maroon 5. I've been called "gay" (which was meant as derogatory but didn't really matter to me) for allowing Keri Hilson, Kelly Rowland, Celine Dion, and Jessica Simpson grace my speakers. Just know that no matter what you names you call me... good or bad, I will forever listen to The Temptations, Jagged Edge, Dru Hill, Shania Twain, B*Witched, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Todrick Hall, Ariana Grande, Brandy, Keith Urban, Jhene Aiko, Kehlani, Jason Aldean, Streetwize, Ciara, Chrisette Michele, Tank and the Bangas and a bunch more! And I may be weird, different, eclectic, eccentric, gay, black, white, yellow, green or purple ... but I'm me and if my music defines me... I'm actually okay with that!
