so conflicted and stressed after the pitt episode, SOSOSO stressed out for everybody i have so many emotions and feelings and everything is so everywhere which duh is intentional but i cant help but look at samira and just feel so sad. she's lost two patients basically, one of them was a father and we all know what that's linked to. she is surrounded by so many things that scream that others are better than her, better at regulating themselves emotionally, better at weighing the empathy required of a doctor and the need to push on and better at just being a person outside of work. except also this is a fallacy and it's not true but samira is actively spiralling so she can't even see that everybody at the pitt aren't better at things because all she sees is that she isn't as good.
