Me: It’ll be fine, I’ve watched Gat die in manga form, in anime form, in musical form, listened to it in drama CD form, multiple times over now--I can totally watch it in anime form again without sobbing like a baby.

#so zeroin was... good.... mostly........#i didn't really care for the scenes they added tbh like i didn't mind that they were added#but they were also kind of badly written#and i think the subtlety of minekura's version works better for the narrative#also the animation was jank in a way that probably has more to do with the production schedule getting fucked due to Ms. Rona#but the beats that needed to hit really hit and it's great to see this story adapted properly for animation#long post ///
