Its Thursday. Its November. It's a month often filled with triggers (hey just being honest) this month I'm going to be focusing on gratitude and Thankfulness. There's a saying if we are in gratitude every single day then we are less likely to relapse or slip. It seems to be working so far so this month I plan to try to post gratitude photos every day. Let's make #toolboxtuesday a thing. What tools do you use? My tools have changed as I've gained more days. Daily I read the big book. I write (or talk). I think of podcast episodes I write out a schedule and then forget half the things deposited said schedule. I ask for guidance, patience, for humility, to be of service multiple times a day, I end my day with 5 things im grateful for including being sober, and I usually chant the serenity prayer 50 times during the day. (Kids not listening means lack of patience lol thus asking for serenity) it used to be I would just ask to be sober and grateful. We live we learn. I love listening to podcasts. Reading.
