Lunch was "tori soboro don" (鶏そぼろ丼 ground chicken meat rice bowl). Tori soboro is super easy to make so here is is the recipe 200 grams ground chicken meat 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons of sugar ( I sometimes substitute with honey) 1 tablespoon of sake In this photo the ground meat is a bit clumpy but you want to have smaller pieces. In a pot, put all the ingredients and loosen any clumps using 3-4 chopsticks BEFORE turning on the heat. After the meat is loosened, turn on the heat and keep loosening the meat.
