Send 🧸 to give my muse a stuffed animal!
A yawn persists so he lets it out, the back of his hand positioned over his mouth. There's a certain level of tiredness that brings solace to his soul yet he’d wish that he has more energy to perform better. A hand is folded against his face, his gold earring pressing into his cheek but he’s in a state of mind that nothing bothers him. Eyelids feeling heavy, lowering by a bit with each passed second, but not completely. Soon, his wakefulness comes full bright as something small and fluffy comes into his peripheral vision.
Atem perks up, his earrings swaying from the sudden reaction. And he leans forward, perceiving the form of a plush bear in Heba’s hands.
“Oh, that’s—“ He closes an eye briefly and reopens it, hopefully to brush off the last of the drowsiness. “A teddy bear, is it?” The Pharaoh takes it in his hands, inquisitive. It feels incredibly soft to the touch. This gives him an idea. He places it in the arch of his arm before lowering his cheek into the plush. The pose is akin to a student dosing off on their desk. But the teddy is adding extra comfort.
“Thank you, Heba,” he adds with the edges of his lips quirking upward.
