I finished my Pride and Prejudice reread yesterday and even though I have read this book multiple times... I loved it all over again. It never gets old for me, I still find myself admiring Elizabeth Bennet, cringing at Mr Darcy’s initial proposal and swooning at the second, laughing out loud at Mr Collins ridiculousness, wanting to smack Lydia upside her ridiculous head and falling for each of these characters all over again. This book is pure magic and even if you have never read a classic I would recommend it! I also would recommend the Audible Audio version narrated by Rosamund Pike (who plays Jane in the 2005 movie) she is such an amazing narrator on this one! Her performance and portrayal of each character is absolute perfection! Now that I have gushed and gushed and gushed some more I will just say thank you to the #ardentlyaustenbookclub and @paperbackbones and @alchemyandink for encouraging me to read this book (and all of Jane’s works) again! .
