Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 1/2 cups M&M's candies.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the M&M's candies, distributing them evenly throughout the dough. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
