To men in particular but could apply to any partner really - should you see your partner furiously cleaning and listening to hard rock, metal music, be advised she's fucking angry. My humble suggestion is to not talk to her till there is complete silence. Meanwhile contemplate how badly you pissed her off and maybe consider apologizing when its quiet. Write that down.

I am absolutely seething. I am so angry that I want to scream and throw things. I want to throw a major temper tantrum. I just got told by my advisor that my thesis isn't to the point, yet in October he said that I was going in the right direction. And there's no one I can complain to because I'd be shooting myself in the foot. But instead of sitting at home and stewing over it, I got out of my apartment and am stewing while having an excellent cup of coffee. It is my firm belief that outdoor cats should be illegal. My dog isn't allowed off leash in public and if caught wandering she would be picked up by animal control. In the five years I've had her I've never been on a walk that didn't involve finding a dead cat. Keep your cats indoors, or leash train them.
