Today’s Korean proverb: “Even when the sky is falling, there is a hole where one can spring up” 하늘이 무너져도 솟아날 구멍은 있다 . . . The world seems falling apart and there are so many depressing news every day, so today’s pick has to be this one. This proverb means there’s always a way for anything. This is one of my favorite✨ hopeful✨ old saying of all — firstly because it says the sky can fall down (how abstract yet illustrative concept is that!) and secondly it encourages to find a solution for a difficult task. . . . . Similar english saying was suggested to be: “Every cloud has a silver lining” .
