Today is a selfie day. 😢 Anyone who’s close to me, knows that these days are few and far between. 😞 For the last six months I’ve been battling multiple different issues, including skin issues which have me taking multiple medications and applying multiple ointments. 🧴 . Nowadays it’s more common to see me not wearing any make up, medicine on my face, and my hair pulled back with a bandanna on, not feeling like me. It saddens me. 😭 . Almost 20 years ago I came out as a transgender woman, and it’s been a wonderful 20 years! ❤️ I finally got to be me. 🌈 However with the skin condition that I’m dealing with, there are many days now where I look in the mirror and I don’t see me… I’m not going to lie, it’s hard… 😢 . But today is a good day. 🥹 I got to wake up, take a shower, do my hair and make up with a very little pain. 🥰 I know days like this are few and far between, but today I got to look in the mirror and see me. 🥰 So I thought I’d take a selfie… 🥹 .
