I decided to support one of my favorite restaurants, fourteensixteen in LaGrange, by ordering for curbside pick up. There were two meals, so I will have the second one tomorrow night, featuring a chicken entree. For tonight, it was Smoked Trout appetizer, sides of Roasted Asparagus and Southern-Style Coleslaw, an entrée of Beef Wellington-Prime Striploin (Puff Pastry, Red Wine Reduction), and for dessert a Salted Candy Bar (Shortbread Cookie, Whipped Cream, Seasonal Berries).
