As for structure gel I had a bit of a hard time with finding anything even REMOTELY similar everything I found was completely inedible which is really unfortunate. However I can give a suggestion. Trying to use jello and food coloring, you can either find black food coloring or just mix several to a really severely dark color until it looks black. Jelly is moldable and could possibly do what you need/want. Maybe cooking egg but coloring it black might yield the effect you want as well. :3 Sorry for the lack of recipe on that part ^-^ Hope you like the list nonetheless! Cheers!
