I want to be yours, P'Prem.
Strawberry Rizzler (sativa) [thc:25.4%]
Somatic
It’s beginning to squeeze now.
See? Right there. You almost felt it. It was almost in your hands. Now you’ve scared it off.
You’re going to have to breathe. In, out.
Yes, like that. In, out.
Very good!
In, out. In, out. Just like that. I need you to press into your palm as you breathe. As you breathe, in and out, (in, out) could you trace a circle on your palm for me?
Very good. You’re a very good listener.
Keep going for me.
In, out. In, out.
In, out. In, out.
In, out. In, out.
In, out. In, out.
Did you notice the circle you’ve been tracing has gotten smaller?
In, out. In, out. Let your finger ride up and down grooves of skin, those canals that strip and mark and adorn your hand. It is a very beautiful hand. Can you imagine me placing a kiss, right where you’ve been circling? I’d like for you to imagine it for me, if you could.
Think about the motions as you breathe, the circle between hand and hand, and the circle air is making throughout your body. Think of the circle from eye to brain to self to muscle to hand to mind to eye, and that circle getting smaller and smaller. The circle between my words and your actions, the circle between one breath, one thought and the last,
smaller and smaller.
is it beginning to squeeze?
(in, out)
how many steps could you squeeze away?
(in, out)
how many steps do you want to squeeze away?
(in, out)
how many steps do you want me to take away?
(in, out)
Would you be able to trace the circle a bit tighter for me?
The brain bias must end, for it has been a disaster. The most important parts of consciousness are in your muscles mostly located below the head. Damage and trauma to bodily muscles can warp color differentiation, perception of dimensionality between entities, and the ability to give/receive emotion. If we forget the damn brain for a second, leave it alone, stop treating it like some locus center for awareness, and start honoring the rest of our body as we do that organ.. so much can be solved. Neurologists work on my mom's cognitive decline by treating her brain for 6 years with absolutely zero progress, meanwhile her muscles continue to deteriorate, the behaviors associated witb these muscles continue to worsen. Neuroscientists don't even understand how human feelings operate in relation to physiology. Of course, this would require giving up the ridiculous tech dreams of nano-technology and "state of the art surgical techniques" which are invasive and expensive. We can understand the whole of human consciousness without ever having to look inside the body, neurologists just arent ready to accept this yet. And by the time they realize how this non-acceptance is related to the rise of fascism, the institutionalization of genocide and surveillance, and death march of capitalism, it will be too late.
Anyway, the point is that as psychosis about AI grows, and intelligent people find themselves fooled by the largest propaganda campaign in human history, felt connection to body will be important. Scientists think they're on the verge of a breakthrough or have already made one (or several) regarding consciousness. Theyre wrong. Theres nothing we dont already understand or cant find out through non-invasive, touch-related practices. But this requires genuine interest in kindness, compassion, love, freedom, infinite bliss among the ashes of the last several thousand years of hierarchical civilization. You can't learn anything about the world if your motivation is simply discovery, or money, or scientific progress. What are you living for? What does Love mean to you? How far into the depths will you dive so that you may love with purity? What darkness are you willing to shape into form so that you may look another human in the eye and be truly happy?
New Piece! "How Can I Enjoy Sex as an Intersex Person?"
"Physical technique, body parts, or gear come way, way later – because enjoyable sex is about feeling safer in your body."
"All kinds of people have sex. All kinds of people find ways to enjoy themselves. And, when we talk about exploring sexuality – as intersex people, specifically – we also have to be honest about the unique pains we might face."
"I want to avoid clichés and fake optimism. Sex can be hard. Intersex people face a lot of bias and social weirdness. There’s no easy recommendation for a subject so big – especially not one that cuts across differences like race, class, culture, sexual orientation, and geography."
Hans Lindahl's new piece explores sexual experiences for intersex folx and discusses the connection between feeling safe in the body and having pleasurable sex. As Hans put it "you’re guaranteed to learn at least one new thing about what you like or dislike" from any sexual experience so turn to this piece if you're looking to learn more about sexuality and practices to promote somatic healing as an intersex person.

“How do I enjoy sex?” is hardly a question that’s unique to intersex people, but some of the answers to that question are different than they might be for people who aren’t intersex.
