On the matter of banned users

Last year we mentioned that two supposed gifters would not be able to join this year. That still stands but the number went up to four. One gifter ceased their blog activity since December 2017, two others have continued posting both art and personal posts and another one is still active but scarcely reblogs anything. There was another supposed gifter that did not deliver even tho they later on posted their gift. This case is different since their giftee was the one that completely disappeared and they also gave us a justification, we didnt fully buy it but they are still allowed to join this year if they want to. This is the reason why we ask for everyone’s main blog+art blog. Apart from the users who delivered in the previous event new people need to be filtered because we do not want gifters to be taken advantage of and/or giftees to be left hanging (some people helped us with a 2nd gift without receiving from their original gifter)

I have a bunch of ombré red to white glitter tulle like 8 yards. When Joann’s when out of business and I was trying to make an updated valentines dress but. I meant to the reuse store and got some stuff and I fear I’m leaning more velvet and tougher sturdery like Tudor esque ball gown sort of shit. Like Queen of hearts.

And idk how to fit in the tulle that started this alll I got bunch of white tulle bc like the glitter tulle isn’t enough for like a whole skirt bc like I’d need like 9 more yards probably to have a skirt that wasn’t see through. And like the white and stuff really sticks out. Idk how to combine these vibes and truly am jus like wtf do I do with this glitter tulle
