Another, yes, another 16 miles down today in this gorgeous but windy day here in Tulsa. The way down was easy, wind hitting me from the side and sometimes the back but way back, windy at side and front so it was some work. Supposed to get colder tomorrow and even colder Saturday so I'm glad I got my rides in. I havent ridden this much since before I broke my leg. MAN it feels GOOD to get out there and ride! I also recorded with my GoPro so I can relive the ride and look at my telemetry. That will only take me 6 hours to compile since I have to open each chunk in Quik, make it a clip, save that clip, repeat. Then open all the chunks in Studio, put them in order and export which takes hours. GoPro you need to get this 2 app thing combined, it's rediculous. But, beyond that... duh duh duh, another 16 bites the dust!

My first bike ride since October. Man it felt good. The wind was pretty rough on the way out the way back it was easy PEZ, how to record it with my go Pro which I hope the timer to be recorded with it I'll be cool to see.

How did windy ride. Unfortunately, I accidentally picked 'indoor cycle', and then somehow paused it even though it was locked so I couldn't do anything, and so I have no true reference of how much i road. I know that I rode about 16 miles today and I busted balls and I know I burned more than 313 freaking calories. More like 600 or 700. Stupid Apple Watch.

I live right next to a great bike trail... San Gabriel Bike Trail.  It’s longer in miles than I could ever travel, reaching from the mountains to the north of me, and the beach to the south-west.  I like to ride, but I have a bad knee, so I got me a very nice electric bike and it makes it easier to enjoy getting out there.  I recently mounted an action camera to the frame to capture video as I sonder around.
