Listening to this song 🎧 reminds me of Jake Duskwood for some reasons..

The reason why this song reminds me of Jake from Duskwood is, To me, this song's lyrics and vibe describes how Jake feels about his journey in finding Hannah with MC.

MC took his hands when he's in crisis. He was scared of a heart he couldn't silence but MC made him feel good and he likes it.. ✨💙

To quote the lyrics:

"Take my hand in the middle of a crisis.

Pull me close, show me, baby, where the light is.

I was scared of a heart I couldn't silence,

But you make me, you make me feel good.

I like it.."

What i mean in crisis here is after he witnessed the kidnapping, wanting to save Hannah and he was left with only the clue of MC's number. And MC, took his plea for help. And in his lonely dark days, to him, MC help show him the light. He wants to be pulled close/and at the same time also wants to pull MC close to him..💙

As for the next part of the song,

"You pull me off the front-line before I run.

Keep me cool when I get over-done.

You can take me there,

When my heart beats/speaks free.."

I relate this part for when MC chose to shield him and did not share any of his information to anyone..

MC also helps to keep him cool when he was saddened by the chance that Hannah might have already been dead..or when he was angry because he saw MC's name in there being written on the paper by the culprit.

And on the next part, He feels MC can take him there when his heart speaks/beats free which I refer as 'when all of this are over', Hannah's been found, arrest the bad guy, everyone's safe. 'There' here means, to finally be with him.

And the last part of the song, the bridge,

to quote:

"Been with you for hours, but it feels like seconds.

It's only moments, and I'm in heaven."

This part I see as something that would relate to both Jake and MC. At least that's what i feel whenever I'm in the chat with Jake :)

I hope you also like this song who always makes me miss Jake and keeps me going strong doing the mini games whenever I feel like restarting the story, again and again.💙

PS. try calling his name while doing the mini games when it gets hard, he might come to the rescue and hack the gems that spawned so it's easier to win it. ;) Of course this is superstitious, but it helps me, lol.

This one old song reminds me of Jake. I can imagine Jake saying the lines of the song's lyrics to MC.

Despite the controversial meaning of the lyrics I'd still think Jake regards MC as the words in the lyrics.. Do you agree..? ;)
