Group 1 Verbs: these can usually be identified by the verb stem. There are usually more than two hiragana characters in the stem after dropping the ます。To obtain honorific passive form, change the i sound to the a sound (ex. 読み ー> 読ま )

Group 2: replace ます with られます or られる.

◆How to address
○○社長様、○○社長殿
Both 「社長」or 「部長」already are honorific title so just 「○○社長」 is OK.
Or you can use 「社長の○○様」 is also acceptable.
「殿」is noun used by upper to lower people.
○○ご担当者様各位、ご担当各位様
Correct is 「ご担当各位」or 「ご担当者様」. 各位=みなさま so that it already includes 「様」 If you use both words, it will turn out to be 「ご担当者様様」
