Sonny fluff for you - just picture Sonny texting you early on in the relationship. Like little “good morning beautiful’s” and cute little dad jokes to make you laugh and that sort of thing. He’d be so nervous the whole time trying to impress you and make your heart flutter and little does he know it’s freaking working

GOOD GOD MY HEART!!! You fucking know Sonny Carisi is the KING of good morning and good night texts, no question. And he has absolutely NO idea that he could've stopped trying to impress you ages ago, considering how gone you were from the first time you saw him. He's got dad jokes for DAYS.

We all know sonny would be super worried ab u flying during the pandemic and be texting you the whole time (assuming ur not w him) and then be ready to pick u up at the airport! Hope your flight goes well it’ll be over soon

Ugh man, can you imagine?

He’d be a nervous wreck, especially if you’re flying home to him in this - you know he’d be tracking your flight on one of those apps the entire time and makes you pay for wifi so he can keep in touch with you while you’re in the air. And then he’d be waiting for you at baggage claim with his arms wide open, a big, goofy grin on his face, your favorite coffee in one hand and a can of lysol in the other, ready to spray you and all your luggage down. 

God, this is the man I need during this flight tonight I could cry... thank you so much, lovely! Hope you’re staying safe and healthy!

How do u think sonny would introduce his girlfriend to the squad, and how long into their relationship would he? (Also sorry if ur not writing for sonny anymore I see a lot of obi I just figured I’d ask!)

For some reason, I’m stuck on the visual that if he’s dating someone seriously he’s going to protect it/keep it a secret as long as possible from the rest of the squad. Not in a malicious way - he just wants to keep that piece of his life private and protected from all the jokes and teasing he’ll most likely endure. I also feel like he wouldn’t want to introduce his s/o to his team unless he was sure about the relationship, which may take a long time.  

I just have a gut feeling that, if he was in a serious relationship/something that he think could be, he’d want to keep that safe and protected from his work as much as possible. He wants something to come home to that’s calm and secure and entirely separate from the horrors he sees on a daily basis. I don’t think he’d even realize he was doing it until his s/o finally brought up the fact that they never do anything with the squad. Sonny is fiercely guarded about his private life so I don’t think he’d bring the squad into it unless he was absolutely sure. (i.e., thinking about looking at engagement rings kind of sure)

I may be completely hyperfixated on Obi right now, but my inbox is always open to chat about any of the characters I’ve written for - I love talking about them and getting deeper into their characters, especially my OG love Sonny Carisi!
