A Little Bit of Spring par Dustin Abbott Via Flickr : © 2020 Thousand Word Images by Dustin Abbott While the winter this year was not particularly bitter (by our standards), spring has been slow to fully arrive in our area. But yesterday was a beautiful spring day, and so I got out with my lovely daughter to get a few more portraits with the new Tamron 70-180mm (and a few others lenses) before I have to send it on to another reviewer. This shot is near the middle of the focal range (actually at 100mm, where it is the weakest), though you can see here at F4 that the lens is still remarkably sharp. Behind the model is a still bay, though it disappears nicely into a neutral background. I've added a little front fill light with a Godox V1S flash unit.
