i love shy reader. here’s random things i feel like she would do… grab onto the ‘r’ necklace when she’s nervous/shy in public, hide in the bathroom of rafe’s bedroom when she thinks she did something embarrassing or wrong in front of rafe, has rafe order for her, definitely dolls herself up extra when she wants more attention from rafe but is too scared to say it. love you!! 🎀

you know her tho she is you you are herrr!! esp the playing with r necklace (i think i mention this in EVERY fic with shy reader) and having rafe order for her and getting extra dressed up for him!!

he 100% loves when she gets all shy and reliant on him, turning away from the cashier at the coffee place to whisper her order in his ear and then he orders it for her. she said small but he gets her a medium anyways. she's a creature of habit so at their fave restaurants she always gets the same stuff <3 he's got it all memorized so he just orders for her without even asking, which makes her even more head over heels since he remembered !

she says something sappy and gets super embarrassed rafe just laughs. when he steps out to go get something from downstairs and she scurries into the bathroom to wash her sweaty hands and then she just stays in there... rafe comes back like where tf she go... takes a whole twenty minutes of you decompressing before you can come back out. rafe thinks its so cute you care so much about what he thinks <3

and finallyyyyyy like we've discussed before, rafe genuinely sees her as too innocent for some of the shit he usually likes and doesn't bring it up, but as we all know, shy reader is a certified freak ! i feel like rafe would 1000% not be expecting it but she shows up in a tiny tiny dress and hair and makeup for their dinner date and hes like.. ur not leaving the house in that. and then they fuck nasty. afterwards:

"how come i've never seen that dress before?"

"just got it today. it's not a dress, it's a nightie." he turns to look at you.

"you were gonna leave the house in that?"

"no. i knew we wouldn't leave if i wore it."
