“Oh wow, look at you! You’re probably the tallest person I’ve ever seen! Not that there’s anything wrong with being tall, but wow.” A wide grin stretched the mages lips as she briskly approached the woman, peering up at her with glimmering eyes. She held her hands together behind her, a faint hissing emitting from her back. "I don’t mind being small, but I’d give anything to be as tall as you for a day! I can’t imagine the sights I’d see.”
She tapped a finger against her chin, losing herself in thought, her initial goal completely forgotten for the time being in favor of making conversation. “I wonder if there’s a plant that causes growth when ingested. If there is, then surely there’s one that shrinks you too...” She shook her head and rubbed the back of her neck sheepishly. “Sorry, sorry! I’ll worry about that later. First things first!” A hand is held out to the elf, revealing the cause of the aforementioned hissing.
Tiny, slithering snakes had replaced all of her fingers, several of which were far from happy to be waved around so carelessly. This is what she got for getting distracted in the midst of preforming a curse. Although, the end result wouldn’t have been much better even if she had done it right. Instead of snakes, they would have become lobster claws, which she had attempted to create out of mere curiosity. “I need you to point me towards the nearest pet shop! I’ve been traveling for a while now and haven’t come across one yet... but I can’t just get rid of these little guys, you know? They can’t survive on their own.”
