This holiday season, I’ve been trying pretty damn hard to perfect the art of the cheese & charcuterie board. These boards seem like the easiest crowd-pleaser to “make” because it’s basically a snack buffet.

I’m curious though, what cheese or meat do you think is a must have for the holidays?

Chicken cutlet, capocollo, prosciutto, soppresata, fresh mozz, roasted red peppers, and balsamic on a fresh Italian bread. Check this blog!

Midnight snack appetizer plate.

Mrs Heat said she wanted cheese and pickles and blueberries and soppresata. This is what I delivered.

Tactical error including capers and blueberries on the same plate tho. :)
