This was an old NPC from a pathfinder game I ran ages ago, empress Soraen. She might look dignified, but she was a short-tempered and vicious little tyrant modeled after the emperor Commodus. She had her great great great etc grandmother (-someone- fucked with a scepter of time) thrown in the dungeon because she thought she was a usurper.

I remember two years ago I did a drawing of her that took me like five hours, this one didn’t take even half as long and turned out a lot better I think, so that’s always good.
