Random ramble about dazai in his prison era because I've not heard anyone talk about this specific thing before(not saying no one has, just that o haven't heard it)

It is OBVIOUS that dazai has wounds under his bandages and it's proven in the prison era!!!! People say that he wears them for "style" or whatever, but he wouldn't have been allowed to wear them while in prison unless they were for medical purposes!!!!!! I know i sound like I'm just talking about something everyone knows but I still hear people talking about how he only wears them for the look and someone even said they hate him because hes making fun of people who actually hurt themselves by wearing then when he would've had them taken from him while in prison if they weren't needed!!! Nsfw artists who doesn’t support/draw problematic stuff SHOULD NOT be harassed bc they’re an nsfw artist. If it’s not of minors, animals or noncon then there’s genuinely nothing wrong. BUT Its ok to be uncomfortable with nsfw even I’m not rlly fond of it but I do not harass them because it’s against my moral compass. But saying ur uncomfortable about nsfw and then constantly searching for it (talking to a certain someone) is hypocritical.

I also support people who are not comfortable with nsfw and should also be respected and (referring to corn bots that tumblr REALLY needs to sort out) showing them nsfw to people who are minors or uncomfortable with the subject is absolutely unforgivable.

Overall I’m on a neutral part of this subject but PLEASE stop harassing each other.

Everytime I start to write stuff for/about Eddie & Volt one of their VA’s songs will almost always be the next song in my playlist. I’m not mad about it, I love his music. Was called a "Pick Me" because I expressed interest in action games with male main characters. Like DOOM. And hobbies like D&D, Warhammer, and miniatures.

My dad got me into D&D, my husband into Warhammer, and my brother-in-law into miniatures. I was always a gamer though, since I was about 6 years old. (I just got a new-ish Sega Genesis after all these years, I am So pumped to play Sonic 2 again~)

so i've been wanting to infodump about ateez to my other irls for a while now and when i was informed that we would be doing a presentation night on pretty much anything we're interested in i was like oh my god i can talk about my second ult kpop group

full story is in late 2024 i was recommended a bunch of kpop by my friends because i wanted to know their favorite groups and songs right

i listened to skz, i-dle, everglow, enhypen, lsrf, aespa, and ateez songs

and i basically only listened to a few title tracks and then in 2025 i got a lot more invested in the group because why wouldn't i. i thought they were interesting and cool as hell

golden hour part 3 came out and i was absolutely thrilled at the new song and album. and then was fucking FLOORED by in your fantasy. like i knew they has songs like that but nothing like that song.

and now i am an atiny that jumps at every opportunity to reference and talk about ateez because i'm a little crazy.

so back to presentation night, i cannot wait for when we decide on a day to do it because i was told that they should each be between 30-40 or 50 minutes i dont fully remember, and it's like four of us so i feel a lot less scared.

i am way too excited about even the concept of this presentation night and getting to talk about one of my favorite groups ever (probably my current favorite) without getting judged hopefully. they all know about my kpop interests and one of them has been my best friend for like 9 years. (you know who you are if you see this post) so they should understand

all of the members and some of their achievements (coachella, song and album awards)

members section will be 16 slides alone because i want to have one for each member that's their info and stuff and another that is a photo collage so that is why

albums and music videos (planning on getting them to choose which ones to watch out of some options which will be on the slides)

the men with sticks and rope

I'm writing something for the show currently and... I have a few (probably incoherent) thoughts. I've always had thoughts on this topic, but now it's more clear because I'm writing a scene showing exactly what happens on the "other side" for vampires before they return to their body. If that makes sense? Because vampires in Being Human see the men with sticks and rope before actually reanimating and becoming vampires. They die, they pop into purgatory/spirit world, and then they're sucked back into real world.

I think the show was quite vague with the men with sticks and rope -- a character/concept which has always been one of my favourites and is a standout for sure. Initially, I favoured the vagueness. It made things more... daunting, to think of them all on your own (especially if I'm to believe that Mitchell shaking his head at Annie when George asks about the other side is about them and how scary they are). BUT after their appearance in Season 5 and now that I'm writing them... I have more thoughts.

I wish the look of them had been scarier and less... not less human, but less normal and personable? I get that Hatch (I kinda refuse to call him the Devil) was controlling them and they were in the real world, but I wish they hadn't spoke to Alex or wasted time by pinning her against the wall. They should've just started dragging her towards the door.

I think the fact that we didn't actually see what the vampires went through is a crime. They saw the men with sticks and ropes, but did the men with sticks and rope know that those "ghosts" were going to be put back in their bodies? Or are they not put back in their bodies at all and are actually taken? Is your spirit form the same as your soul? Because according to Hal and what he said about Old Nick's wink, vampires' souls belong to the Devil, which could mean they're reanimated without a soul. But I refuse to agree with that because despite everything that vampires do, especially Mitchell and Hal, they are capable of love and being human.

In that same sense, are the men with sticks and rope equally aggressive with every "unclaimed" spirit, or is that reserved for Annie and Alex, who were seemingly special circumstances? I'd like to believe the men with sticks and rope are cruel bastards, to be honest, who revel in dragging spirits (actual spirits or to-become-a-vampire spirits) through the door, regardless.

If that was the case, if to-be-vampires on the other side see the men with sticks and rope, then I have to believe that they don't just amicably stand there, waiting for something to happen. Surely they try to, you know, reap them. AND if that is what happens, I refuse to believe the to-be vampires can fight them off for hours to a day (considering that's how long it seems to take for them to reanimate).
