So I took the tests on Pottermore again, just for fun, and found out that my wand is still the same but my house went from Gryffindor to Hufflepuff in only a matter of a year. Makes me think that we should be able to take the test at least once a year without creating a new account( if someone wants to, that is.) We grow and we change and things happen to us and our lives and we should be able to take the test to see if we really have changed as much as we think we have.
