Down the basement - City Trust and Savings building, Campbell, O. This building sits on Wilson Avenue next to the former Youngstown Sheet & Tube hospital, the United Steel Workers of America local 1418 offices were on the second floor. The roof of the basement looked like a freezer that needs defrosting, the floor was covered with a block of ice 3-4’ thick. It was wild to look down on the boiler inside the ice like an iron dinosaur.
