Cookie Jar [Sterek Drabble]

Derek sat in the loft, staring at the ceiling with a blank expression on his face. In his mind, he was replaying all the moments of the past year, but for some reason, his mind only focused on the parts he wished he could forget. There was evidence of his progress forward, the growth he'd gone through, the moments where he felt happy and included with people.

He knew those existed. But when you were in this sort of state... your mind skipped over them like scratches on a CD.

Derek's head rolled over on the sofa, turning his eyes to where Stiles was proceeding to haul the door back closed, making no actual effort to lift his head.

Once Stiles had finished struggling with the door, he turned around with a beaming smile. One of those wide ones that was too big for his face, genuine and honest and it already started to make Derek feel like he was worth something if someone like Stiles could smile at him like that.

That's when he noticed the jar in the crook of Stiles' arm. 

He didn't speak, just furrowed his brows in question, nodding his head slightly to the jar.

Stiles grinned, pulling it out from where it was tucked beneath his arm and sauntered closer to Derek. Once he was close enough to Derek, Stiles removed the lid of the jar and held it out at arm's length away from him. It was a few inches away from Derek, but he could smell the flood of delicious home baked cookies reach his nostrils. 

He leaned forward into the scent, head lifting on it's own but as Derek moved closer, Stiles took a step back with a challenging flick of his brow. 

Derek glared at him and made to move his arms and grab the jar, but Stiles dashed backward, practically moon walking out of range. He smirked as he shook the cookie jar in front of him. The cute little bastard was actually going to make him get up for these cookies.

With a loud exhale, Derek hauled himself off the couch and dragged his feet across the floor to get to Stiles. That time, Stiles didn't move. He let Derek reach his hand into the jar and pull out a cookie.

Once that cookie was in his mouth, Stiles settled the jar on the counter next to him and wrapped his arms around Derek's shoulders, pulling him into a warm embrace.

"Isaac told me," Stiles whispered, stroking his back soothingly and Derek practically melted in his arms. He caught the purr that nearly escaped around the cookie, however, and continued to munch on the delicious sweet instead. 

"I'm always here for you," Stiles kissed the side of Derek neck and Derek brought his arms up to snake around Stiles' waist and hug him tightly.

"I know," He mumbled around the softening cookie pieces in his mouth and nuzzled into Stiles' shoulder, soaking up the comfort only cookies and Stiles could give him.

1) What was your very first fandom? - Well, before I knew what fandoms were, probably Dragon Ball Z, MAN I lived for that fucking anime when I was a wee kid. I had Sailor Moon too. And I've always been in the Disney fandom me guesses. Then I think my proper first fandom - still before I fully knew what that entailed - was Buffy The Vampire Slayer. I had an Amy roleplay blog, then I got me Willow when a girl quit our group AH! 

2) Summer or Winter? - Autumn! Or Spring! I'm not one for extreme weather, I like half-seasons. Bless Portugal for actually still having Autumn, even if Spring is now End-Of-Winter-OH-FUCK-LOOK-IT'S-30-DEGREES-CELCIUS-ALREADY

3) Favorite clothes? - Dresses! And comfy shirts/sweaters.

SCISAAC MOTHERFUCKER

Fake dating

In the fashion of the Greater Pacific Northwest Alpha Symposium (that's not what it's called, Stiles, stop saying that) or in case of a visiting pack, Scott would need a partner to attend with/present to other alphas. It could never be Allison, for one she was a hunter, and two things between them hadn't been good recently. Stiles would be the first to volunteer, but their dynamics would never pass of as dating, they were one person when together, in a brotherly way (also sterek). Stiles would then point at Isaac like "Well Isaac has been living with you?" And both of them would gulp, flushing. Scott would clear his throat, and mumble "yea sure i mean if Isaac doesn't mind, i-" , trying to push the responsibility of saying no to Isaac - because he had noticed how, lately, his own heart would race up at little things Isaac did. But Isaac would blush a little but say yes, because he wants to protect Scott. 

Being the silly things they are, they would try to reach out for the same thing (like a cup or a door or something) at the same time and there would be hand bonding time and then they'd pull back and cough and be like "sorry I uh, yeah." And look away.  Throughout the day Isaac would look at Scott when he wasn't looking and vice-versa. 

They would have to sleep together because of scent issues, of course, and Scott would be the little spoon and Isaac would hold his hand, and he would kiss it playfully and joke "goodnight, love" and Scott would just be like "fuck it" and peck him on the lips real soft and adorable but Isaac would look away bc he thought Scott was still in lesbians with Allison.

But then Scott would feel bad for crushing over Isaac, bc of course he wouldn't notice how Isaac was so head-over-heels with him., and he'd be like "gosh i miss Allison". Isaac would become distant and Scott would have no idea why. Stiles would be like "how stupid are you bro?". After brief directions from his bro, Scott would sucessfully talk to Isaac and they would kiss and make-up and Scott would apologize for being such a blind fool. 

Then the alphas would be like "But you don't smell like each other in a sex way" bc they hadn't slept together since they were fighting, and Scott would blush and Isaac would butt in and say "we're saving ourselves for marriage" and kiss him on the cheek. Ah.

Bodyswap 

I think Isaac would be really hillarious, because Scott is relatively buff-er than Isaac, so he'd be flexing his muscles like "dudeee you're ripped" and Scott would be like "stop please stop". And then they'd have to shower and lets just say they'd take the time to get to know each other's bodies.

Dark!fic

Scott would end up having to kill Deucalion, the true alpha bsns would fire back and ba-bam: Dark!Scott. Now, Dark!Scott would go after the BH weres (spoiler alert the hales and Isaac are the only ones). Since Isaac lives with him he'd be the first to be caught while nobody noticed anything was off. Isaac would be handcuffed to a wall in some warehouse outside BH and suffer all kinds of wolfsbane torture ((saaad)). Scott would disappear from the every-day life, trying to get some beta-power out of Isaac. They would develop a twisted Stockholm Syndrome relationship thing. Isaac would swear he could, sometimes, hear Scott fighting himself. Or maybe he was just so tired.

The Hales would (WITH STILES' HELP) find out everything and knock Scott out and cure him and yeah. Isaac would be taken to the loft to heal. It would take at least one week.

Scott would be full of anger and self-hate, as you do, and mid-week Derek - OF ALL THE PEOPLE - would ask him to go and talk to Isaac.

Scott would approach Isaac slowly, nervous, shivering. Isaac would call out his name and Scott would sit on the bed. Scott would try to say he's sorry, but he'd stumble over his words. Isaac would just say "Scott, I know it's not you're fault, but I'm so tired, I-" and Scott would nod and leave ((all the sad)). Isaac would try to reach out but clench his fist mid motion. 

Scott would be getting back and stop mid-way and be like "no, wait, I need to man up and apologize decently, dark!me was a bag full of dicks ugh." And he'd go back and boom-bam he'd explain everything he felt while dark!him was in control, and how he regrets not being strong enough and how he wanted to change places with Isaac and ((and Running Up That Hill starts playing)) and a tear would run down his cheek ((manly tear manly)) and he'd clench his fists and Isaac would give him a tired smile and say "I was not angry at you Scott, I- it's just-" and Scott would run to hug him and Isaac would let out a pained noise because Scott hugged him too tight and he would cry into Scott's shoulder and Scott would promise he'd do everything to make it better. 

Secret kinks

Body worship eeeeh ...also Isaac has a major megane!Scott kink. Scott honest to god just wants a threesome between him, Isaac and Allison.

Their first kiss

They would be on the roof, just outside Scott's room, listening to music coming from inside and having dinner under the stars. Incidentally, there would be fries. Isaac would steal the last fry and let it hang on his mouth teasing Scott. Scott would bite the end of the fry in a total Lady and the Tramp moment. Isaac would bite closer and Scott would mimic him until they would be just a few inches from each other. They would stare into each other's lips and Scott would try to speak but Isaac would go ahead and bite the remaining fry off and close in the distance. They would kiss tenderly amd softly and then Isaac would wink and declare: I win. 

Meeting the parents ((they already do shhh))

Moving in together

They already do but, this would be more than that. It would be Scott and Melissa giving the study to Isaac, making it a bedroom without Isaac noticing. Isaac being officially considered family and having his own space in the McCall home. There would be welcome-sex.

A crossover of my choice

Any Disney princess movie would do because Isaac is a wereprince (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ～ that's it for this one.

An au of my choice

Let's do the Office AU as we were discussing! 

Scott and Isaac work for Hale&Co. and they are in different departments: Scott is a consultant, Isaac is an accountant. They have numerous files together and start hanging out after work for drinks and there's all this UST. Scott gets promoted and gets an office of his own and he calls Isaac in. And Scott sits on his desk, turned to the window, when he goes in, and starts talking "You understand my promotion means we will stop working together, but-" and Isaac completes him "but that doesn't change anything, of course."  Isaac then goes ahead and turns Scott's chair toward himself and continues: "Scott, I'm yours, I don't care if we work together or not as long as-" and then Scott kisses him and there's table sex. Isaac is pleased and happy he remembered to lock the door behind him.
