Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 1 green bell pepper, sliced. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1 onion, sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1/2 cup beef broth. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Cook until softened. Return beef to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over it.
