you don't have to be amazing at your special interest(s). you don't have to have an amazing knowledge of your special interest(s). they're your special interest(s) and that's good and valid.

this is once again you're a reminder whether your special interest is a hobby or a form of media consume, your special interest how you want to consume. it take your time and learn it's okay, that you don't have to be good at everything that you like to do, and that you don't have to know everything about your special interest. it's your special interest it means something to you. and it's important to you and you can talk about it and much info and it's less info you want. info dumping does not have to be all about the strict facts, it can be how it makes you feel etc etc. so anyways stay safe out there and enjoy your special interest(s) 💛 - Allison

you don't need to know everything / memorize everything about your special interest to be a special interest

let's be honest here you don't special interests are about clinging and connecting and diving deep head first into what you're interested about. you don't have to memorize everything or be the encyclopedia of that subject or that anime or that manga or that video game or that comic or that TV show or that movie or that book etc etc!!

if you like it enough that you think it's your special interest that's okay you don't need to have the whole stick down to that series or whatever it is if it's a hobby you don't have to be great at it if it's a show you don't need to know everything about it we don't know everything about all of our special interests and we have a couple that we rotate around so it's okay it's okay for us it's okay for you okay okay - HoneyLily

i know the "link gets hit and pulls out a full 5 course fancy meal in the middle of the fight" is a popular botw joke but i think it's a lot funnier that you can also eat ingredients by themselves because the implication of that is "link gets hit and pulls out a huge chunk of raw wolf meat and eats it without breaking eye contact" and tbh i think that's a lot more true to their character
