Thanks Susan! Office Nomad's Susan gave me a tour of their place and a ton of amazing advice about creating welcoming coworking spaces this morning. Love their member board. Love that they've knocked walls down to make more open space. Love the relaxed, homey vibe and the volume of their space: an energetic quiet, not a library quiet. Love Nadine, their member checkin iPad thingy that Jacob built. Love their comfy couches and practical kitchen. Mostly, I just love seeing them thrive together.
Love what Susan said about community: "It just takes time. You can decorate the crap out of something: that doesn't make it homey and lived in. Community does. There's no rushing it. Community takes time."
