I had an idea. Since star fox is coming out soon, there's no room in the vastness of space for another cool space animal 😔. I fired space usagi as a result. (just like what happened to Tyler in smiling friends)

since the TMNT Battle Nexus comics are coming out it got me thinking, which Usagi do you think would win in a Battle Nexus style brawl?
Sometimes I go through your space usagi tag to feel the second hand power rush of creating a character without eyebrows that receives unanimous shouts of 'OMG SHE'S SO PRETTY' on every post (deserved of course, she's stunning <3)
ty sm! heres some more stuff i doodled while doing midterms
im always happy people like her design, i hope i get to animate it one day
RISE! SPACE USAGI + Leo
a few usagis
so this recent SDCC there was the announcement of a spinoff miniseries, "Usagi Yojimbo: Kaito '84", which will be based on the Japanese 80s. The top drawing was me trying to draw this version of Usagi like I've drawn the other two Usagis before- understanding they're always drawn to look the same and any differences are caused by the art style evolving, I took those art style differences and made it actual features to make the designs distinct.
Bottom drawing: I learned yesterday that in 1991 Stan Sakai started production on a murder mystery story set in the present day called Ten Little Critters, obviously based on the Agatha Christie novel. One of the characters was a bunny girl journalist named Terry Miyamoto- which would seem to maybe imply a descendent of Usagi Miyamoto. following that I gave her the same colour scheme (the pages we have are uncoloured).
This production is so obscure that these posts and this fanart (which might be the very first fanart the character gets in 34 years) run the risk of becoming the first google results for any terms relating to this story
Space bun :) got reminded to post him here, this is vaguely an attempt at a Fast Forward version of space Usagi? I have plans for him that are sadly a million years away right now…
Bonus low effort doodle <3
Leo's dream come true
I spent 2 hours making these to cater to everyone's taste, so if I ended up forgetting one, please tell me so I can immediately make it for you.
For the record, I went through torture making these because my friend was right next to me making fun of and bullying me.
